Privacy
Privacy overview
TillSignal keeps store reporting data on the merchant’s WordPress installation. The connection service stores limited installation identifiers and encrypted provider authorization credentials needed to maintain connections; it does not receive the merchant’s reporting datasets.
Website data
This site may process server logs, checkout and licensing records, and information you deliberately submit for support. Payment and license processing may be performed by Freemius under its own terms. Provider authorization is also subject to the selected provider’s privacy terms.
Store and MCP data
The plugin minimizes customer data, uses local pseudonymous cohort keys, and excludes names, addresses, payment details, raw credentials, and access tokens from standard reports and MCP responses. Store owners control WordPress users, Application Passwords, retention, backups, and connected-provider revocation.
Your choices
You may disconnect providers, revoke MCP credentials, deactivate the plugin, and contact TillSignal about website, licensing, or broker records. Legal rights and retention requirements vary by jurisdiction.
Before public launch, the site owner must add the operating entity, contact address, effective date, governing jurisdiction, exact retention periods, subprocessors, and region-specific disclosures.
