Annual Pro purchases

Requests concerning an initial TillSignal Pro purchase should be submitted through the Contact page with the license identifier and purchase date, but never a password or payment credential. Any statutory cancellation or refund rights continue to apply.

Renewals and cancellation

Cancel renewal through the Freemius account portal before the renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not delete local reporting history. Refund handling follows the checkout terms shown at purchase and applicable law.

Extensions and commissioned work

Separately licensed extensions follow their published checkout terms. Commissioned integration deposits, milestones, acceptance, cancellation, maintenance, and refund terms are defined in the signed statement of work.

Before public launch, the site owner must replace this operational draft with the exact Freemius refund window, business identity, contact route, exceptions, and jurisdiction-specific terms.
